How do i submit a post? I can’t find anything that resembles a button to allow me to post a comment or issue. Either i am blind or the website is not user friendly. And mind you, some of us may be tech/internet challenged.

Only webmaster can write a post. And you can only comment! At the bottom of each posting, it says No comments or 1 comments… or 2 comments….etc. Just click there and you will see an area where you will be able to post a comment… Thank you.

KONPARTMENT kot Whatzzup. heee hee.. entah laaa.. aku selalu bagitau org apartment je. segan nak ckp kondo. facilities tak rupa kondo pun. asal2 dulu mmg ler panggil kondo skang nie biler dah siap developer dah downgradekan statusnye. ade aper2 perkembangan pasai club house tak. biler nak bukaknye. dulu ckp ade olympic size swimmimg pool. ade ke.

Kayzz, last 2 weeks saya ada melawat club house tu, ada indonesian tengah pecahkan tile kat swimming pool tu. Dia cakap swimming pool tu leaking, dan foundation swimming pool masa buat dulu tu tak de piling, so sekarang tanahnya dah lari (land slide) sebab tu swiiming pool tu leaking. Diorang pecahkan tile tu untuk betulkan balik. kalau tak silap saya dah banyak kali masalah ni terjadi kat club tu. so fikir-fikirkanlah sama ada anda semua masih berminat dengan club house tu. For me Safety first, kalau tak selamat nak buat apa? lagi pun club house ni ada financial problem, so saya tak fikir mereka boleh operate this club house. Kemungkinan besar ianya akan menjadi “PROJEK GAJAH PUTIH” di Tmn Desaminium ni. nantikan Perkembangan lanjut dari masa ke semasa.

heee thanks for the info Pre_Mc. dulu tarikan utama tuk beli desaminum nie pasai “Living Without Reach” nye slogan la. kawasan rumah siap ngan club house, safari la dusun la apa la.. emm sakng entah la. tapi ape ape pun tak kisah la janji umah kite sume siap ghak. neway, marilah kite sesama bekerjasama jadikan taman desminium sbgi sebuah tempat yang best tuk didiami.

Saya setuju dengan kyazz, memang kita semua ni dah tertipu dengan pemaju “Resort Living Within Reach”, namun kita yang akan tinggal disini. sebenarnya yg menentukan status sama ada Kondo ke Apt ke adalah semua resident. kalau kita ada semua facilities yg dijanjikan tapi tak pandai nak jaga pun akhirnya Kondo akan bertukar jadi Apt or Flat, bila vandalism menjadi-jadi, suka buang sampah depan lift etc. Jadi kalau nak wujudkan Tmn Desaminium ni tempat yg best kita semua harus memainkan peranan jaga kebersihan kawasan, buang sampah di refuse chamber, jaga facilities yg dah ada tu, hidup berbaik dengan jiran tetangga, barulah kawasan kita akan jadi best. Pasal facilities tu kita boleh upgrade dari masa ke semasa kalau kita dah jadi MC dan ada duit, nak buat pagar emas pun boleh (he..he.. jangan marah ye whatzzup)

assalamualaikum & hello to all,
memula sekali, saya akan menjadi penghuni tetap di unit 1-5-8 (5 bedroom…sori tak ingat blok ape) dalam masa terdekat ini. sebelum nak masuk rumah nie tgh plan nak buat kitchen cabinet. mintak tlg sesapa yg pernah buat kitchen cabinet untuk blok saya. buat masa sekrang dah ada 1 kontraktor, tapi harga rasa mcm mahal skit. kalau boleh ada 3-4 lagi so saya compare harga dan tak kena tipu. kalau ada contact no kontraktor tlg hantar kat saya 0122980210 atau email uzzir.jamaludin@gmail.com

I don’t know where to ask about this news but then I post it here. I knew that a notice (stick next to the elevators) said that they will (plan?) rent out 50 units of Flora side for students.
Personal say, I will not agree about this matter, it could generate a lot of problems. We are looking for a peaceful place to stay with (that’s why I buy here) and now if the 50 units of students moving in, it could be over crowded. Parking already a problematic, rubbish is another one (I notice many times, don’t know who Non-Educated fellow throw rubbish in the lift, mail box…. Bla bla bla…
Hopefully, the management will look into this serious problem.

Lady berkerja di putrajaya, dan tdk mempunyai transport sendiri jadi kpada sesiapa yg tahu lebih lanjut tentang bas tersebut silalah maklumkan kepada lady ye..tq

dah ada streamyx tapi sejak2 kebelakangan nih asyik down pulak.. skarang pon down! dari smalam sampai skarang.. saya dah call streamyx komplain tapi dia salahkan hardware/configuration saya pulak.. sapa2 hadapi masalah yg sama? boleh tak pihak moderator create satu topic khas utk perbincangan mengenai servis internet/streamyx? senang sikit nak troubleshoot samada problem tak boleh connect tu kat level user atau level node.. [msg ini dihantar menggunakan talian internet office =)]

errr… bang, saya cadangnyer nak masuk kat kondo tu dats y nak tanya iternet service, sebab agak penting sebenarnye… boleh saya tau down macam mana tuh? dia ada banyak sebab2 nye tu bang, lagipun saya tgk kabinet kat luar tu kabinet fiber, so patut takde apa2 masalah, tapi kalau tau simtom2 nyer, insyallah saya cuba tolong..

saya ada run tmnet diagnostics tool yg disediakan dalam cd installer streamyx.. bila run, pc and modem check pass, sampai third level b-ras check(icon rack server), dia fail..
lampu adsl constant kat modem.. camna yer?

? When and where is the aerobic session and is there any procedures to join it? Any good hearts .. do reply me. Thanks.

Sigh….. This area going to be worst & worst for living. First… we suppost to have a Club House, now become White Elephen. Ok thats fine. After a while, the corridor lamp start no maintenance at all, 3 weeks there already. What *deeted* happen with the management???
Now my block (Chempaka) Astro can not watch certain channel, which the technician name it High Frequency Channel. I believe, my block have not proper install, I’ve been complain to both parties (Astro & Management), fine am the only one who suffer, now already 6 months. What *deleted* are the management doing now???
Are we not pay enough for the maintenance fee or WHAT?? Im sure we are paying **deleted** high fees. We don’t have facilities at all nor maybe we have lah… GuardHouse, Lift & Cleaner. How about my Swimming Pool??? Where is my Gym??
Sorry folks, am really angry now. IF the management can not fulfill my requirement I will SETTLE myself. Don’t blame me for not co-ordinate to the management ya…

my astro also lost few channel.. ybr keep on blaming poor cabling, because they said booster already changed. if poor cabling how come all this years its ok and only recently gone bad to worst. maybe they install second hand booster from kedai potong.

It is coming close to 2 years since I moved in to Desaminium. Traveling to KL every day was a daily nightmare for me and my family back than, due to the distance we use to travel. As time passed, we eventually got adjusted.
But of lately, the nightmare has started again. From what that can be observed, many of the earlier abandoned projects are now completed and more people have moved in i.e Puncak Jalil, Pestari Perdana.
However, the road conditions remain the same. In fact the roads leading to our home has now become so bad that there is a pothole at almost every 20 meters or so. More volume of vehicles, but road condition remains the same (if not so .. maybe worse).
All I can say is that if any of you out there who has any good contact with the press people, get the press involved. Someone has to get this message across. It has become a proven fact that to gets things moving, the press (media) is the best mode of communication. The relevant ministry will themselves get involved if there is publicity.
so, kalau ada diantara saudara atau saudari yang kenal wartawan, cuba hebohkan masalah jalanraya yang sedang kami hadapi and I am positive that someone out there will respond to our concern.

Assalammualaikum,hiii..
I need some input from those that had buy house at desaminum,at this moment i’m having issue regarding to buy the house at Aggerik block,because the bank lawyer claim that the PT number of the land lord that been provided by desaminium and sap holding is not valid 108940 and not belong to then and had been cancel, verify by the land office.
Need to know did anyone previously face a same issue like me.
