DESAMINIUM RIMBA JMB TENDER OFFER :
Since not all residents are visiting this desaminium.com site
I want to suggest that the tender offer to be posted in
Notice Board of all blocks in Rimba & Flora. This will give opportunity to residents who are intersted to participate in the tender.
Anyway I hope the committe DO HAVE a proper guideline to follow
and be strict in the selection. If we dont than we will be awarding the contracts to INEXPERIENCE companies and get unsaisfactory services.
I also suggest that the tender awarding should be done on month to month basis for the first 3 months before confirmation.
This will give the JMB committe to value the selected contractors service performance.

I would like to express my happiness because of the start development for the primary school near our resident. But one thing i would like to remind to all the desaminium resident since the development for the primary school is currently on, please be carefully with the moving big construction lorry in and out passing the desaminium flora. I thought that lorry will used another entry from the roundabout before the desaminium flora, but then they are currently using the official road in front of the desaminium flora that cause noise and dirt to the road. Hopefully the construction company is aware of this matter.

Kelihatan pemaju bersama pekerjanya (peniaga kedai runcit block chengal) merayap di Desaminium Rimba sekadar menjadi “paparrazi” mencari kesalahan residen meletakan kenderaan.
Beberapa minggu yang lepas telahpun bergaduh dgn residen tetapi masih mengulanggi perangai yang sama.
