It was there from around late noon till late night.. I am disgusted that we still have very inconsiderate people living among us.. I took not only the liberty to move it to the garbage area but also took a peek of its paper contents.. All of em came from the same address so I’m pretty sure who the culprit is.. Now what do I do? Tell the whole world here who the person is? [Sufficient to say the person is living on the 9th floor of block Merbau!] Can the management do something about this? Thinking 'positively', maybe the person who did this was either a kid who was upset of having to do his chore or maybe a maid who took a shortcut.. If the person who did it was a working and thinking adult, saying ‘shame on you’ would be a big understatement!!
