PreMC had obtained some information about Kelab Desaminium which is still unoperational after so long.
The following information is obtained from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, as at 22-01-2007 which stated that the information is obtained from the company’s document registered up to 14-04-2006 :

Looking at the surnames of the directors, the 12 club shareholders are mostly among the Tan family.
The profit and loss account submitted to SSM for period ending 31-12-2005 shows a nett loss. Take note, this information is obviously out-of-date. It would be interesting to see latest financial information when the club is finally operational.

So many residents have been asking about the club house and when it will be open to the residents. Well, PreMC and PPTD officials have done their round at the clubhouse yesterday and these are what they found out. From the look of it, the club house will not be operating anytime soon.
It took soo long to complete, berudu pun dah jadi katak…. Desaminium Jaya boleh.
