Taman Desaminium
Taman Desaminium is a residential project developed by Desaminium Jaya Sdn Bhd. The developer has been positioning Taman Desaminium as a resort living community, but so far a lot of resort-stle features promised in the sales brochure have not yet materialized. This includes Balinese-style lake, chalet, fruit orchard, jungle trekking etc.
In a nutshell, Taman Desaminium consist of two major development phases known as Taman Desaminium Flora and Taman Desaminium Rimba. While Desaminium Flora is a collection 3-bedroom apartments, Desaminium Rimba on the other hand, is the collection of 5-bedroom apartments. It takes a lot of words in trying to describe Taman Desaminium, so why not take a look at these photos so that you get the better picture of our kind of resort living, as promised by Desaminium Jaya Sdn Bhd. Saya dah 1 thn menetap di desaminium. memamg tak puas hati dgn kenaikkan tempat parking kereta dari rm30 ke rm50 dan kena buat bayaran utk 6 bulan sekali.
seperkara lagi yg memang tidak memuaskan hati ada berkenaan kereta yang keluar masuk tanpa sticker dan bertukar-tukar kereta. kenapa perkara mcm ini tidak dititik berat oleh pihak manangment. saya ada perhatikan lot parking yang bersebelahan dgn lot saya setiap hari bertukaran kereta dgn mengunakan satu sticker. saya ada 2 buah kereta, tp yang sangat saya tak puas hati adalah time saya balik kg dan letakkan lagi satu kereta saya ditempat parking dgn sticker lot, tiba2 balik dpt surat warning. so apekah gunanye sticker ini dan bayaran yg dikenakan. Berkenaan dgn lip rosak, dah report bagi pihak yang bertangungjawab tetapi dia orang buat sambil lewa aje.

to the management of Desaminium…
I dont think it’s wrong for me to say that the management is getting worse than before…for instance, you can tell it from the way they keep on changing the security guards…i honestly dont like the way they treat the visitors…they’re not allowing the visitors to park their cars after midnite…now where’s the ******** toleration to that??this place is full of ****!!!!i dont give a shit if male students are staying with their girlfrens..(that because i’m staying with girlfren too)..
last but not least, the parking price is getting higher than before…do u expect all of us to park our car outside the security??that’s ******* insane man…u spineless **** should think about the car thieves…they probably doing their job with the guards as well..this is ***** ridiculous…if these things go on…i will take it to the higher authority and make sure the management will go down…u heard???

Auto Boom Gate
First and foremost is congratulations to JMB for the brave effort of putting up the auto boom gate and therefore in some ways elevating the status of our apartment. Unfortunately, as usual there will always be some parties who are not satisfied with whatever people do. Thus, the ‘aduan letter to mpsj on the auto boom gate’ issue. Am sure efforts to get tenders were done but did everyone take time to read the minutes of meeting of JMB before a complaint was sent to MPSJ? Since the time i shifted in, there is one thing very clear – some people seem bent on creating problems for others. It will not matter who becomes president of JMB or the committee members. We all live in the same place. It takes every single one of us to make this place a better place for ourselves. Stop the bickering and finger-pointing. Stop bribing (rasuah) the guards into letting you park in the place that does not belong to you. If everyone parks in their own spot there’ll be less trouble for everyone. I’ve complained to the guards before and it does not matter because they’ve been bribed. Changing the guards, well the same thing will happen. Only when we ourselves stop doing this ‘rasuah’ thing will the issue of parking, auto-boom gate and all the rest will stop. Be civilised. Semua pun berpelajaran, semua pun orang matang, kenapa nak buat perkara-perkara sedemikian? Bukankah rasuah salah bagi semua jenis agama? If you point finger at someone, the other four fingers are pointing back at yourself. Please think before you speak.

saya akan menduduki block merbau, disini saya ada beberapa peranyaan
1. berapa harga untuk covered park kerana dlm S&P saya diberi uncovered park dan saya mempunyai 2 kereta, 1 kereta sy nak letak kat covered.
2. berapa saya perlu bayar bulanan untuk maintenance?
3. rumah yg saya beli ada sedikit kebocoran dari rumah tingkat atas dan menitik kedalm toilet dlm bilik, siapa sy perlu berhubung tentang perkara tersebut untuk dibaiki? ada cadangan?
4. paip dari meter bocor, mcm mana saya perlu lapor untuk di baiki?
5. saya cadang untuk memasang grill pintu dan tingkap serta memasang cabinet dapur, boleh cadangkan mana2 contractor yg boleh saya hubungi? klu boleh biarlah harga yg berpatutan (maklumlah baru pindah byk pakai duit)
6. saya juga cadang untuk pecahkan satu bilik yg kecil untuk dijadikan dining, adakah dibenarkan?
mohon kerjasama untuk menjawab persolaan sy secepat mungkin kerana saya akan pindah pada minggu hadapan.. tq
