New look Desaminium.com
This online community website is being upgraded to spot a new look for the coming new year 2010. When it comes to new look, everything will be very subjective. Some people will like it, many people will not like it. Since we cannot please everybody, this is the new look Desaminium.com until another change takes place.
In 2010, one major new feature will be implemented. Residents who have registered themselves within this online community not only can post comments, they will also be empowered to post their own entries.
When this new capability is implemented, registered member (whether resident or not) can post anything and everything, how ever we are hoping members will exercise great care and will publish only relevant stuff that can benefit all community members.
For example, the residents can post their opinions on certain issue, a news worthy article they would like to share with other residents, buy and sell, apartment for rentals, stories or even a complaint to various bodies which are governing (or not governing) Taman Desaminium. They will also be able to upload interesting photos to share with all residents.
With this new feature, we will potentially face some problems where some residents may post something that are not appropriate due to whatever reasons. To overcome this potential problem, all entries posted by the residents will not be published automatically. It will be put in a pending queue first and will have to be approved by Webmaster before being published for public viewing.
We will also be assigning special login IDs to certain people with authority to post entries and announcements relevant to their authorities. Such login IDs may be created for currently active and legal governing bodies such as JMB, security, surau and so on.
With these new look and features, we hope this website will return to its previous glory again where residents actively participate to discuss issues affecting them in an open and harmonious manner, online.
We will accept all entries in both Bahasa Melayu and English languages. Regardless of which language you choose to communicate with, we will only accept properly written articles and entries. We certainly do not accept SMS language or any form of writing that do not conform to acceptable and decent standard for both languages.
Last but not least, Desaminium.com will serve both Desaminium Flora and Desaminium Rimba communities, as always been the case.

Good job in getting the website up. A very usefull media. My two suggestions, promote this site internally (i pun googled and came across this). Secondly, if can have instruction on how to post.

Saya ajukan pertanyaan ini kepada pihak JMC.
Mengapa residents tidak dibenarkan menyewa lot parking kepunyaan DJSB ? Jika ianya disebabkan yuran maintenance DJSB yang tertunggak maka itu adalah tugas JMC yang telah dilantik untuk menyelesaikannya bukannya meletakkan bebanan tersebut kepada pihak residents. Harap pihak JMC yang diketuai oleh Abdul Ghaffar boleh melekukakan sesuatu yang memihak kepada penduduk bukannya menghalang penduduk menikmati kemudahan yang disediakan.

Begitu juga dengan saya. Pihak Astro menyaran agar saya bertanya terlebih dahulu dgn pihak management mengenai perkara ini. Di harap pihak management membaca dan memberi komen secepat mungkin tentang pemasangan piring untuk Astro b-yond.
Rasa rugi pulak beli TV full hd tapi tak boleh menikmati package yg di sediakan oleh astro.
