Desaminium Rimba Joint Management Body mempelawa kontraktor-kontraktor yang berkelayakan bagi tujuan penyelenggaraan di Taman Desaminium Rimba. Kerja-kerja yang diperlukan adalah seperti berikut :-

DESAMINIUM RIMBA JMB TENDER OFFER :
Since not all residents are visiting this desaminium.com site
I want to suggest that the tender offer to be posted in
Notice Board of all blocks in Rimba & Flora. This will give opportunity to residents who are intersted to participate in the tender.
Anyway I hope the committe DO HAVE a proper guideline to follow
and be strict in the selection. If we dont than we will be awarding the contracts to INEXPERIENCE companies and get unsaisfactory services.
I also suggest that the tender awarding should be done on month to month basis for the first 3 months before confirmation.
This will give the JMB committe to value the selected contractors service performance.

Thank you Mr Eddie for your kind attention,
We as a committee of JMB always welcome any suggestion or idea from residents to make our living area as satisfation as we can. FYI, we did paste this tender in the notice board as what Ms Noni told, coz we’re aware that not all residents have internet access. We also try to make our management as transparents as we can. So any tender/job that we need to do we’ll try to publish to residents to give opportunity to them.
Thank you again to Mr Eddy for he’s concern and hope that we can hear a lot of ideas from others.

Pengambil alihan Pengurusan Desaminium Rimba oleh JMB
Salam sejahtera kepada semua penduduk Desaminium Rimba,
Bermula dari hari ini, 15/5/2008 pengurusan Desaminium Rimba ini akan dimbil alih oleh JMB. Semenjak dari mesyuarat pertama penubuhan JMB pada 23/2/2008 sehingga ke hari ini, belum ada sebarang kenyataan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh pihak JMB tentang bagaimanakah cara pengurusan yang akan dilakukan oleh kami (JMB). Ini kerana kami masih belum berkuatkuasa. Namun sejak dari minggu yang lalu kami telah menerima pelbagai tuduhan yang menyatakan kami telah menggunakan wang pengurusan untuk kepentingan individu mahu pun JMC sendiri. Sedangkan segala urusan masih lagi dibawah kuasa pemaju.
Di sini saya ingin tegaskan bahawa sehingga kini kami belumpun menerima sebarang pemindahan dana kumpulan wang pengurusan dari pihak pemaju. Jadi tidak perlu timbul persoalan penyalahgunaan kumpulan wang pengurusan.
Mengenai kursus yang saya akan hadiri pada 15/5/08 “Effective Management for Properties and Facilities (In Regard to Building Management)” adalah bertujuan untuk menimba ilmu bagaimanakah cara yang sepatutnya dilakukan dalam pengurusan bangunan dan ini telah dipersetujui oleh JMC. Ini bagi memastikan JMC mendapat ilmu bagi melancarkan perjalanan pengurusan kediaman kita.
Bagi maklumat lanjut, kami akan mengadakan sesi taklimat pada tarikh seperti berikut:-
Blok Keruing 20/5/08 (Selasa)
Blok Chengal 21/5/08 (Rabu)
Blok Merbau 22/5/08 (Khamis)
Semua sesi taklimat diadakan di bawah Blok berhadapan lift bermula dari pukul 9:00 malam. Semua penduduk diharap dapat menghadirkan diri dalam sesi ini agar mendapat penerangan sebenar tentang JMB ini. Harapan saya agar penerangan ini dapat menjelaskan kekeliruaan yang timbul
Saya berharap kepada semua penduduk agar dapat memberi kerjasama kepada kami bagi memastikan perjalanan pengurusan yang lancar.

TENDER NOTICE.
Thanks Ghafar, for updating me regarding the notice on the notice board. I might have overlooked it.
Suggestion for notice board :
Can we have a LATEST NEWS SECTION in the notice board itself, this is necessary for those who wants to know THE LATEST NEWS ONLY.
Ghafar, unless you have a good reason, it be better to have a single meeting in the dewan than having 3 meeting seperately in every block.

It is better block meeting than single meeting at dewan coz attendant much better. Not everybody aware when handing meeting at dewan.

Tq Eddie for your suggestion. I will clear the notice board and paste the latest news inside the board by today.
Regarding the meeting, yes actually it’s better to organise only 1 meeting at dewan, but as you know from our experienced most of residents was not turn up if there is any meeting at Dewan. but if I did it at Block most of them was attended. I don’t mind to spend my time to meet with all residents as long as they are willing to turn up and give some suggestion for a better living.

I hope you will RECONSIDER creating the LATEST NEWS SECTION in the notice board itself, this is necessary for those who wants to know THE LATEST NEWS ONLY.
The tender notice is not there at Blok Merbau notice board. It is only proper to put the notice until the EXPIRY DATE.
Also appreciate if you could update on the Persatuan account, how much money is there and how the money will be used ?

Persatuan account you should get it from En Hassan not from En Ghaffar or the proper way ask the presidenlah.
My advice is ask the correct person lah don’t simply asking without checking. I think you better wake up the persatuan from long night sleeping since you so taking care of that. After AGM no news..i thought persatuan already passaway. I HOPE YOU WILL RECONSIDER.

Ghaffar ke, Hassan ke, siapa pun boleh jawablah about the account. I believe the money is in the good hand of Hj Hassan.
It is the members money and we have the rights to know how it will be used. Being silent will lead to unnecessary assumption and questions.
Anyone not interested to know about the account dont bother to comment on my request.
Anyway I got better thing to do than replying to some morons.

En Eddy, don’t start again what you doing before, creating some controversy. I think what had pass is pass. If you have some other better thing than go on, i think is good for you.
If you too interested about persatuan matters should addressly to the right person which know about that and better call Hj Hassan directly. Make it right, people will laugh on you when you always created controversy.

Please correct your comment, I didnt start any now controversy now or in the past. Im asking for clariffications and updates only. It is not controversy.
When someone is holding a public office , he or she should be
giving responsible answers for any clarifications raised. NOT CHOOSE what to answer or not to answer, OR criticize those who ask for clarifications.Im sure Ghaffar is capable to to answer and dont need others to answer on his behalf.
It is an OPPORTUNITY for the office holder to clear any misunderstandings. Im sure Ghaffar aggrees with me on this.
Since Ghaffar have been an active member in our Taman activities I was hoping him to give me an update on the account. If he doesnt have the answer, than he should reply he doesnt know and I will get it from Hj.Hassan. Simple as that. The reason Im asking in this forum is for the BENEFITS ALL others members who
wants to know what happend to the account.
