Desaminium Jaya ignored KPKT’s letter
We wrote about the complaint against Desaminium Jaya regarding the high maintenance charges and KPKT had sent a letter to Desaminium Jaya for an explanation.
Guess what… no response from Desaminium Jaya. Obviously Desaminium Jaya feels they are bigger than KPKT.
Here is the follow-up letter from KPKT and had asked Desaminium to be present at the ministry’s office for an explanation. No prize for guessing whether Desaminium Jaya will be there..

Good on you! Thanks for the update and follow-up.
10sen/sq ft is still relatively acceptable IF their cleaning staff were to do a proper job, consistently.
The exit staircase leading down from our 9-3-2 unit has been uncleaned/unwashed since who knows when – splashes of food or vomitus on the walls, with rubbish leachate and oil on the floor. Perhaps pictures should be included. It’s natural for resident/owners to question the rationale of paying when common areas do NOT appear to be upkept.

KPKT Officer has posponed this meeting by next week. I’ll follow-up with them. Once I get any feedback, than I will post in this website.
