The introduction of 2nd car stickers was not fair in the first place. Secondly, the charge for car stickers of RM20 permonth is more like the parking charges than sticker charges. These two reasons alone are the proof that YBR is here to make excessive profit without due consideration for residents. Imagine, you are paying “parking” charges in your own residential compound. We can understand if minimal charges are levied to cover the printing of car stickers but RM20 per month to cover such costs is just plain excessive profiteering.

And now, the 2nd car sticker rate have been increased to RM30 per month for 1st car and new rate of RM50 per month for 2nd car. YBR, this is totally BULLSHIT!!

On behalf of all residents, we urge the PPTD and PreMC to take this matters to relevant authority, even TV3 or Edisi Siasat, and fight for residents right. In the mean time we are also urging all residents to give full supports to PPTD and PreMC in fighting for our rights, especially the rights of not being used by YBR in their agenda to make excessive profit. YBR cannot be allowed to introduce any rules and regulations at their fancy. Strongest protest must be made to YBR to let them know that we are serious in our quest to be treated justifiably by YBR.

Come on residents… share with us your thought and what can be done to pressure YBR to be more humane in dealing with matters affecting residents welfare.

PreMC managed to collect an overwhelming numbers of signatures… TWO. He he he… Desaminians dont want covered parking for their motorbikes? Or the time is not right? But there are a lot of motorcycles and cars in the parking lots, meaning there are a lot of residents at home… but the turn out was sad indeed.

OK moving on…. this is where residents park their motorbikes… and this morning there was heavy rain.

Over at YBR office, the staff gave themselves special treatment with covered parking.

And they get away with it without any warning from security….. Why???
The residents who own the units are told they can’t park their motorbikes at non-designated parking lots and yet the non-residents of YBR staff can just park anywhere they wish?

Pihak PreMC ingin membuat permohonan dari pihak Desaminium Jaya dan YBR, agar dapat membuat bumbung bagi tempat letak motorsikal. Ini bagi mengelakkan motorsikal kita rosak akibat dari terkena panas dan hujan. Untuk merialisasikan cadangan ini, pihak PPTD and PreMC memohon agar anda semua dapat menurunkan tandatangan dalam petisyen yang telah saya buat. Anda diminta hadir ke Dewan Serbaguna Desaminium Rimba pada hari Sabtu ini (17 Mac 2007) jam 10:00 pagi – 12:00 tengahari.
